The second season shows the culture as the main clue and cuisine as the performance, it records the wisdom of the Hunan people who make delicacies by using limited ingredients and adapting to local conditions.

This documentary starts from the national treasures that condense historical memory and inherit cultural classics, revolves around "Experiencing, Expressing, Creation, Fashion, Re-made,Styling" and so on, each episode with a new introducer, introducing the national treasure in a more interesting way to the audiences.

"Personal Tales Along The Silk Road" is a documentary about people who record the culture and archaeology of the silk Road in this era. The program will take "Guarding, Archaeology, Research, Inheritance and Dissemination" as the five themes, excavate the little-known dedication stories of 5-6 front-line cultural workers under each theme, and record the dedication spirit of Chinese cultural inheritance and innovation from multiple perspectives.

Each episode will invite a unique painter to join us in exploring Hunan's unique culture and the stories of famous historical figures. This documentary will interpret the "behind-the-scenes story" under the historical picture scroll, search for creative inspiration in the journey of cultural exploration, and finally show the collision results of contemporary painting art and Hunan history for the audience.
